These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the HELIO mobile application, owned and operated by Havagrd AS.
By downloading, installing, or using the app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the app.
Havagrd may add, update, and improve information over time. Havagrd reserves the right to change, add, or remove parts of features if necessary. By choosing to use the app after these changes are made, you accept the changes.
HELIO is an information and tool app that analyzes weather and traffic data for offshore helicopter transport and offers features such as flight radar, rig overview, shift calendar, course and certificate management, salary calculator, forum, and news section.
The information is advisory and must not be used as a basis for safety or operationally critical decisions. We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or continuous availability. This app is for indicative purposes only. Havagrd AS takes no responsibility for decisions made based on information from the app.
To use HELIO, you must create an account with your name, email address, and password. You are responsible for:
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. Havagrd AS reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at our sole discretion, with or without cause or prior notice.
New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial period, you must choose a subscription to continue using the app.
HELIO offers two subscription levels:
Basic — 49 NOK/month
Provides access to basic features such as weather and traffic forecasts, calendar, and news.
Premium — 69 NOK/month
Includes all Basic features plus extended tools such as full flight radar, course notifications, advanced analytics, forum functionality, and priority updates.
Subscriptions automatically renew every month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in your device's subscription settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Payment, renewal, and cancellation are handled through App Store (Apple) or Google Play.
We do not store payment card or account information ourselves.
You retain ownership of all content you post in the app (e.g., forum posts and course information), but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display the content to the extent necessary to operate the service.
Users who choose to upload personal or private documents to the app do so at their own risk. Havagrd AS is not responsible for the security, confidentiality, or unauthorized access to any documents or files uploaded by users.
You must not post content that is illegal, offensive, misleading, or violates others' rights. Such posts may be removed without notice. In case of serious violations, Havagrd may choose to deactivate your account.
HELIO provides vacancy listing and recruitment features, allowing users to browse job listings, create and manage CVs, apply for positions, and for recruiters to post vacancies and review applications.
Users may create, upload, and store CVs within the app. By creating or uploading a CV, you acknowledge that:
When you apply for a vacancy through HELIO, your CV and application details are shared with the recruiting company associated with that listing. By submitting an application, you explicitly consent to:
If you choose to make your CV publicly visible to recruiters, companies with recruiter access may browse and view your CV without a specific application from you. You can control your CV visibility at any time through your profile settings.
Companies and recruiters using HELIO's recruitment features are independently responsible for:
Havagrd AS acts as a data processor facilitating the transmission of application data between candidates and employers. We are not responsible for how recruiting companies handle your personal data after it has been shared with them.
Job applications and related data are retained for as long as the associated vacancy is active, plus a reasonable period thereafter for administrative purposes. You may request deletion of your application data at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. CVs stored in your profile remain until you delete them or close your account.
HELIO is a platform that facilitates connections between job seekers and employers. We do not guarantee employment, the accuracy of job listings, or the conduct of recruiting companies. All hiring decisions are made solely by the recruiting companies.
All software, design, trademarks, and content in HELIO belong to Havagrd AS or our licensors. You are granted only a personal, non-transferable license to use the app. Everything is protected by copyright, trademark, or intellectual property. Unless otherwise stated, all material in HELIO is owned by Havagrd or Havagrd's subcontractors. No information in HELIO may be used for purposes other than described without written permission from Havagrd AS.
The service is provided "as is". Havagrd AS is not liable for loss or damage resulting from:

If links are provided to third parties and you use them, you leave HELIO. Havagrd has no control over these websites and is not responsible for their content. We recommend that you read the terms of service and guidelines of third-party sites before using them.
You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or modify the service with reasonable notice. Upon termination, personal information is deleted or anonymized in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms as needed. New versions take effect when published in the app and on the website. Significant changes will be notified in advance.
These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall be resolved amicably, and if that fails, the case will be handled through the legal system.
